SHIPPING
Most orders are processed and shipped within 48hrs. Next day delivery and all other expedited shipping must be placed by 12:00 PM EST. We do not ship out orders on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays, or for weekend or Holiday delivery. Standard UPS shipping is available in the continental U.S. All orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are shipped US Postal Service

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
At Don Farina Gourmet Coffee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. For your comfort, most items can be returned for exchange or refund in accordance with the policies set forth below. These policies are effective as of June 1st, 2006 and are subject to change without further notice.
Most non-consumable merchandise may be returned, in original condition, within 30 days of date of purchase for exchange or refund (see refund policy below). Items purchased in a store must be returned to the store from which the purchase was made, and must be returned in the original packaging along with the original receipt. To return items purchased via mail order, the company's catalog or the company's website, please email customer service at returns@donfarina.com to receive a return authorization number and instructions for completing the return. Items purchased via mail order, catalog or the website may not be returned without a return authorization number. The customer is responsible for all shipping/handling costs associated with a returned item unless the item is defective. All items which qualify for exchange may be exchanged only for a like item having a price not greater than the original purchase price(less promotions and discounts) unless otherwise noted.
- International orders may not be returned.
- eCoupon orders may not be returned.
Coffee/espresso makers, brewers, grinders and coffee equipment may not be returned later than 30 days after purchase. Other returns of these items must be handled through the machine manufacturer. These items qualify for exchange only; refunds will not be issued.
Bulk coffees(i.e. whole beans sold in bulk) qualify for exchange or refund only if there is an issue with the quality of the product at the time of sale, and only if returned in original Don Farina coffee bags within 30 days of the date of purchase with dated receipt showing proof of purchase. Refund will be issued after inspection by Don Farina Gourmet Coffee has been completed.
REFUNDS
Refunds for purchases made by credit card will be made in the form of a credit to the same credit card used to make the original purchase.
Refunds for purchases made by check will be made in the form of a check issued by the company to the original issuer of the check. Refunds of this type will be processed within 7-10 business days( to allow time for the original check to clear the issuer's bank)and will be sent, via mail, to the original issuer of the check at the address shown on the issuer's check.
Refunds for purchases made by cash will be made in the form of cash if, in the sole discretion of the store manager there is sufficient cash on-hand such that the normal operation of the store will not be disrupted. Also, refunds will be governed by the discretion of the retailer and the refund policies of the establishment the product was purchased at. In all other cases, refunds for cash transactions will be made as though the original purchase had been made by check. |
